Seth Kelly has more than 20 years of experience in emergency services, including prehospital EMS, urban firefighting, heavy rescue, and wilderness medicine/search and rescue. He has served in a number of paid and volunteer organizations, most notably as a volunteer and life member with the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Rescue Squad in Montgomery County, MD, holding ranks up to and including that of Deputy Fire/Rescue Chief. In addition to his service as a provider, Seth has also worked as a professional consultant in the areas of healthcare, homeland security, emergency services response and system design, organizational change management, and executive leadership.
Seth is currently a third-year medical student at Texas A&M University Health Science Center College of Medicine. He also holds a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the University of Maryland with a concentration in management and organization.
He plans to begin emergency medicine residency training following graduation in 2017 with a future fellowship in EMS or critical care.
